Little Miss Harrisville

The other night the girls were in the LITTLE MISS HARRISVILLE PAGEANT. They were so stinkin cute. All the girls who participated had a hostess to help them get changed, fix their hair, makeup etc... So what does my sister say? Oh my sister can just do that for all 3 girls. So I said ok,... I didn't have a choice. No just kidding, I loved doing it. At first it was a little crazy. But after they were all in their last "formal" outfit, I could just go and watch. It was so fun to see all of them strut their stuff. Let me tell you, they are little hams!! I think they were nervous at first, but once people cheered for them they thought it was pretty cool. Who wouldn't want to be a rock star?

This picture is of McKinli right after she got crowned 2ND PRINCESS!! She was so excited. They were asked if they could go anywhere, where would they go? Kinli being the cutie that she is said that she wanted to go to Iraq. We all looked very puzzled, she said because she would go and give the people food and medicine. She would also like to build them houses. WOW! What 9 year old is that deep? She is so kind hearted. She is such a good example to her little sisters. luv ya kin. This is of my little Graci, she also won 2nd PRINCESS in her division. She was crackin me up on stage, she would get to her X on stage where she was told to stop, she would just cheese it and wave. She is so funny. She is Tausha's little drama queen. I think in a good way. When she was little and just starting to put words together, she said to me... Shawni, you look fabalus. I knew that we would be best buds!!:)

This is Hannah Banana. She is so freakin gorgeous. She is a natural. She won QUEEN in her division. What I loved most about Hannah is that when all the other little girls were getting crowned for royalty she was clapping and was so genuinely excited for them, she didn't have a crown yet and she didn't care. She is so sweet. Love you Hannah.

Joel and Vegas

So before we headed off to Vegas we went to see my favorite funny man... JOEL McHALE.He is so freakin funny. We went with Chels and Brandon. It was so much fun. Last time he came to Utah he came to Wiseguys in Ogden, I think I liked it more there. Just cuz he was really interactive with the audience. For any of you who don't know who he is, he is the guy off THE SOUP on E!. Watch it.. Friday nights @ 8. You will laugh your head off, i promise. Last time I went and saw him he told me that he loved my hair, this time he told me that it was Jon and Kate Plus 8 hair. Now, I think her hair is absolutely heinous!! So needless to say, I was crushed. He said it to be funny(I think), but it still hurt!! But all in all it was a fabulous night. Thanks Bran and Chel, we had alot of fun.


This picture is coming home from running errands, poor thing! But she does love to have something on her eyes when she is falling asleep. If we put our hands or something over her eyes she usually will fall asleep, Scott calls her a Diva for it!

Welcome to Vegas. Porter(my4 yr old nephew) called it out Fronk Family Adventure! This is of us shopping, apparently my Scotty's were bored waiting for me to try on shoes. Trust me it was worth it, they are pretty dang cute!

This is Scotlyn's first time SWIMMING. She loved it if the water was warm. She was loungin in her chair just eatin it up.

While we were there my inlaws took us to The Blue Man Group. IT was AWESOME!! I loved it. Highly recommend it. This is Melissa, Bronte and Shelby.

The trip turned out to be wonderful. We had a really good time. I was so worried that Scotlyn was going to be bad, but she was really good. She slept like a dream. It was so much fun to get away and relax. Me and Melissa stayed in a few nights while everyone else went out gambling(and won I might add), we had such a good time just chillin. Thanks for everything Fronks. Special thanks to you Melissa, I love You.

Yesterday Scotlyn woke up with a runny nose and was super whiney. I later figured out, she's TEETHING. Not very fun!!

I also wanted to just say, I am so bummed about Michael Jackson. I know he was kind of a weirdo towards the end, but his early years, the black ones, and early white ones, were FAbULOUS! Long live Thriller!!!

First Things First

Ok so we have had alot of FIRSTS happen lately. A couple weeks ago Scotlyn was laying on my bed and the next thing I know she is rolling over! It was alot of fun to see her reach that milestone, but I really do like it when she is immobile. I can put her down and know she wont go anywhere. But it's fun to see her get bigger. This week we went to the doc for her 4 month appointment.

Weight-- 12lb 13oz--5o%

Height-- 90%

Head-- 75%

So the doc gave us the go ahead on feeding her cereal.

So Wednesday night was the FIRST night of cereal. She didn't really know what to think of it. It was pretty funny to see. She pulled some great faces.

It is the FIRST time me and Scott have ever worked out together. We just got the Wii ACTIVE. We love it. It is so much fun and a dang good workout to boot. It really kicks our butt. You can compete against eachother in races and different acitvities. I highly recommend it. Especially if you are like me and it hard to get your butt to the gym or even have the time.

We have also been working really hard in the yard-- it is the FIRST time I can actually say that I love my yard. Scott has worked so hard. Last year at this time all we had in the back yard was waist high weeds. He did all the work. Well with the help of his little bro Mike. Here are some pics of the progress. We still have more to go, but man, yard crap is EXPENSIVE!! We need more sod and plants but we'll get there.

THis is our FIRST garden. We decided that we have so much room back there that we might as well have a family garden. So my Mom and Dad and Sister's family have come over and planted some veggies. I am way excited when we will be able to go out and pick fresh produce.......

This is a picture of my FIRST carseat cover tent thing! The girl who made it for me also made me a sling. I took a picture of it but it somehow disappeared. I am way excited to use it. It is so super cute right? The sling is out of the same materials. Gotta love the zebra print!(what else would I have, really?)

And these are some of my FIRST planters I have planted. I had some last year that were given to me or I bought them, but this year I planted all of them. These are just a couple of my favorites.

We are going on our FIRST vacation with Scotlyn. We are going to Vegas for some Fronk family fun!! My in laws rented a house for all of us to stay in. I am excited to get away and relax(I don't know if I will be able to or if I will be worried about Scotlyn being out of her norm, not on her routine.. which is why i think she is such a good baby... worrying about her getting fried and fussy cuz she is so hot) But that is just a few things on my mind!:) No, It will be great right? Please tell me yes!;) I am also excited to go see my aunt and cousins who live down there who I don't get to see very often. Hopefully it will be full of shopping, pampering,playing games and having a ball.

Girls Night Out

We had a pretty fun week. I have been loving the warm weather. Scott is now done with school for the summer and I am way excited. I have lots of Honey-Do's for him!:)

So we got Scotlyn some new movies. She loves watching tv so we thought that we should have her watch something good. Aside from these movies, we do watch Ellen together pretty much everyday! (beside the point!) So we got her some Baby Einstein movies and Signing Time. This picture is of her watching it. She is soo interested! She cracks me up.


Speaking of craking up this is her doing just that. I can't get the movie to upload but she was pretty much belly laughing!! So funny. I love this little lady.

Thursday night we had a girls night out. It was so much fun. All of us neighborhood girls got together. We have all grown up together for as long as I can remember. It was a blast to catch up with everyone. We went to Kari's and saw her new beautiful home. Thanks for letting us crash there Kar. And now I am going to take it upon myself to update everyone on Shauna! She won't get a blog herself so I told her I was going to do this....... She just recently graduated this month!!! YAY! Congrats to you Shaun. She also just welcomed her new little nephew to the world. His name is Tag and he is darling.There are so many exciting things going on with her, she really needs to get on the whole blog train!( Sorry Shaun I just had to do it!!)

Summer anyone?!! So this is Scotlyn's bikini!! HA! We are going to Vegas in a month with the Fronk's so I thought she would need a little suit! I think she will need more than one so if anyone knows of a place that has cute little suits for 6months, let me know. It's been hard for me to find one that is small enough.

Happy Birthday Daddy! This was a month ago, but it still needs to be said. Happy birthday love. We love you. Thank you so much for all you do for us. You work so hard and then you come home and take care of us. I love you so much.. I also wanted to make an announcement to everyone... drum roll pleas... Scott is now the HEAD FOOTBALL COACH at North Ogden Jr. High!! YAY! Congrats babe:)

Scotlyn's blessing day. It was so wonderful. Scott gave her the most beautiful blessing. Thanks to all of you who came to share our special day. During the blessing my FIL and BIL looked at her and she was just grinning. I'm sure there were angels there!!Grandma and Grandpa Toyn

She was crackin up!

The day started out pouring rain.We had planned on having the lunch outside in our newly done yard. But it had rained all weekend, so we set up at my mom's just in case. But we looked outside and it was clearing up. It didn't rain for the 3 hours we needed. It started back up as soon as we started taking it all down. Thank goodness!

This picture was taken for my mom for mothers day. It's of all the grandkids. Isn't it so flippin cute? I just have to give a shout out to the beautiful KELLIE HALES. She is FABULOUS! She was so good with all the kids.

She LAUGHED the other day for the first time! It was so exciting. She wouldn't do it again for days, but she is getting there. I woke up to her giggle this morning. Is there anything better then that alarm clock?? I just have to say my new favorite saying.. TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING IS WONDERFUL. This has rang true since the day I had her.
