Ok so we have had alot of FIRSTS happen lately. A couple weeks ago Scotlyn was laying on my bed and the next thing I know she is rolling over! It was alot of fun to see her reach that milestone, but I really do like it when she is immobile. I can put her down and know she wont go anywhere. But it's fun to see her get bigger. This week we went to the doc for her 4 month appointment.
Weight-- 12lb 13oz--5o%
Height-- 90%
Head-- 75%
So the doc gave us the go ahead on feeding her cereal.
So Wednesday night was the FIRST night of cereal. She didn't really know what to think of it. It was pretty funny to see. She pulled some great faces.
It is the FIRST time me and Scott have ever worked out together. We just got the Wii ACTIVE. We love it. It is so much fun and a dang good workout to boot. It really kicks our butt. You can compete against eachother in races and different acitvities. I highly recommend it. Especially if you are like me and it hard to get your butt to the gym or even have the time.
We have also been working really hard in the yard-- it is the FIRST time I can actually say that I love my yard. Scott has worked so hard. Last year at this time all we had in the back yard was waist high weeds. He did all the work. Well with the help of his little bro Mike. Here are some pics of the progress. We still have more to go, but man, yard crap is EXPENSIVE!! We need more sod and plants but we'll get there.
THis is our FIRST garden. We decided that we have so much room back there that we might as well have a family garden. So my Mom and Dad and Sister's family have come over and planted some veggies. I am way excited when we will be able to go out and pick fresh produce....... Look how green I am!!

We are going on our FIRST vacation with Scotlyn. We are going to Vegas for some Fronk family fun!! My in laws rented a house for all of us to stay in. I am excited to get away and relax(I don't know if I will be able to or if I will be worried about Scotlyn being out of her norm, not on her routine.. which is why i think she is such a good baby... worrying about her getting fried and fussy cuz she is so hot) But that is just a few things on my mind!:) No, It will be great right? Please tell me yes!;) I am also excited to go see my aunt and cousins who live down there who I don't get to see very often. Hopefully it will be full of shopping, pampering,playing games and having a ball.
**Oh and on a side note, I was thinking of starting a HAIR BLOG. What do you think? I will do giveaways,coupons,tips, pictures of fun styles,cuts and colors. Also I would love to have a question and answer type thing. What do you think?**
This is a picture of my FIRST carseat cover tent thing! The girl who made it for me also made me a sling. I took a picture of it but it somehow disappeared. I am way excited to use it. It is so super cute right? The sling is out of the same materials. Gotta love the zebra print!(what else would I have, really?)
And these are some of my FIRST planters I have planted. I had some last year that were given to me or I bought them, but this year I planted all of them. These are just a couple of my favorites.

WOW! What a month! Scotlyn is getting so big and is adorable as usual. And your yard looks great! The hair blog is a good idea - I always love what you do with Chelsie's hair. One day I will do something different with my hair....one day ;)
Yay for all your firsts! And Vegas is so fun! I want to go back. You should definitely do a hair blog. I know I would like it.

Look at your daughter - she is getting so big! I love the garden and planters, very jealous! And where can I get a car seat cover? If that thing keeps the heat out, that is definately a must! And, as for Vegas, of course you will have a good time - hello, we are here!! Where is the house you rented?

ah i love how smiley scotlyn is now a days, she is getting so big, and i heart her!! i'm excited to hopefully see her again on thursday, no she can't stay home with scott. you guys have been uber busy!! i'm impressed, and i love your yard. i'm pro the hair blog, maybe when you get me my new products you can post and how to do your own hair so it looks as good as when i style it for you post. :-)

Scotlyn is way too cute! We just got back from our first vacation with Eva. We were never able to really lay her down for a nap, but she didn't do too bad. I love your ideas about a hair blog and question answer thing, do it!

It isn't amazing how fast things happen! I love the yard, Gardens are the best, and well worth the effort! Don't sweat it about the vacation, both my girls actually do BETTER on vacation, they are amazing at home, so imagine what they are like! They tend to love the change of scenery and all the action. A hair blog would be a great idea, I have decided that the hair community is way cooler than the photography community. If you have any questions about hair, you just ask. We tell. If you have photography questions, people want you to pay, or they beat around the bush and don't answer. Lame.
First off, LOVE the picture of Scotlyn while eating cereal. So adorable! And I think you guys will be fine in Vegas, it will be half as bad as you think, you guys are great parents and will do fine! And I think the hair blog is an outstanding IDEA. I need some serious hair advice (as we are all aware) I could be your first like before and after if you do something like that!
SHe is so stinking cute!! I cant believe how little yet big she's getting!! Rileys head was a huge bummer!! I felt so bad for him!! Thanks, i think i like it my hair dark, but then i miss blonde depends on the day!! But its a good change!!
