Just an update...

So nothing too exciting.
I am loving being home with Scotlyn more, every day is a new adventure. She is not crawling yet, up until last week she didn't want anything to do with it. She hated being on her belly. Now she'll scoot backward and she thinks she's pretty cool!! She loves to walk around holding your fingers, the other night Scott had her hold on to a toy that rolls, and she took off walking by herself. She needs something to hold on to, but I am afraid she is just going to take off one day.

A couple of weeks ago I got called to be the Young Women's 2nd Counselor. I am way excited and am loving it so far. The reason I bring this up is I know some of you out there have some fabulous ideas for activities that I need to know about!!! I have the beehives, and I think they are wonderful. I was a little nervous at first, but I think it is going to be good.

now these are just a few random pictures of Scotlyn.

Last night we went to Gardner Village to see the witches. It was way fun, Scotlyn thought they were pretty funny. It was cold, so we didn't stay too long. After that we went to dinner. Scotlyn loves sitting in high chair. She can entertain herself for days! Here's some pictures of our night.

Oh and on a side note... If any of you have any extra room in your prayers there is a family who could use it.. These wonderful people just had a beautiful baby boy. They have 3 gorgeous girls and finally had their boy. He was born Thursday and later found out that he had a heart problem and had to rush him to Primary Children's. Their bishop started a blog for him that you can find here... Just keep them in your prayers. I don't know what I would do if I were in their shoes.. So all I can think of to do is pray.http://www.teaganstewart.blogspot.com/

Scotlyn is ADORABLE! You know it's so crazy before my niece kylie was born I did not know what hypoplastic left heart syndrome was. now it seems like every time i turn around i hear about it. Fortunately Chrissie knew and "tried" to prepare for it even though i know there is no way you can. I left her a message and I hope she found comfort in it. I'm so glad you posted that.

I have heard about little baby Teagan - I can't even imagine. He is definitely in our prayers!

Scotlyn is getting so big and cuter with each post - how is that even possible, I don't know. I need to meet this little lady in person!
